I've donated a number of items to the Embrace Kulture Experience Africa Benefit, a fun evening with live music, silent auction, and an important cause - life saving support for children with special needs in Uganda. I donated a number of bags, a few table runners, a pillow and a cool knitting needle case to go with a ceramic yarn bowl made by Mary Horrigan. Mary Beth Numbers, my friend and the event organizer had the brilliant idea to fill the bags with items generously donated by local businesses. Bonus!! Auction winners get the bag AND it's contents.
